This module will teach learners to decode the structure of difficult discussions, differentiating between the different types (circumstantial discussion, emotional discussion or identity discussion). Participants will have the opportunity to practice using the DESC tool in simulated situations.
- Acquire skills and attitudes for communicating with colleagues and/or patients
- Identify difficult conversational situations, prepare for them and be able to manage them successfully by applying specific strategies;
Understand the emotional and relational implications of all communication.
Workshop including a theoretical part, exercises based on video analysis, and a practical part via simulation sessions.
